Experience the first-ever simulated run of the R153T Prototype Trainset on the (R) Line, recreated in OpenBVE by NCJunction. This pilot episode of the NYC Subway Series 1 showcases the Base Order R153T units (3040–3049) operating between Bay Ridge–95 St and Forest Hills–71 Av under the Jamaica Yard division. The R153T fleet, built by Kawasaki Rail Car Company, features the Alstom OptONIX IGBT–VVVF traction system, A–B–B–B–A five-car formation, and a newly refined hard-shell prototype body.
