Join me for a windy walk along Boat Harbour Beach during Tasmania’s Tulip Festival weekend. A bit of drizzle and a whole lot of wind wasn’t going to stop me from exploring Boat Harbour Beach on Tasmania’s stunning northwest coast. While in Wynyard for the annual Tulip Festival, I stayed just 15 minutes away at Boat Harbour Beach, close to the vibrant Table Cape Tulip Farm — both firsts for me on this trip! If you’re planning a Tasmania road trip, this spot offers a relaxed coastal vibe, incredible views, and easy access to local shops and sights. It was also my first time filming a walk with my GoPro, so this video is a mix of testing, learning, and capturing the beauty of the Tasmanian coast in all its moody glory. This footage was taken near Patuyala/Shelter Point on Aboriginal land, Palawa country.
