Hi everyone 💛 Welcome back to my channel. It was around 3:30 in the afternoon, and I found myself in Janichork, right in town here in Kashmir… just in my usual vibe — calm, observant, soaking in everything around me. There’s something about this place that makes every moment feel peaceful and alive at the same time. Later, my girlfriend and I went out for BBQ… and wow, it looked absolutely amazing. The food was glowing red over the fire, sizzling, smoky, and impossible to resist 🔥 I quickly captured the moment while it was still on the grill — one of those simple scenes you just don’t want to forget. That night, we stayed over at my friend’s home, talking, laughing, and enjoying the comfort of good company. Early the next morning, we woke up to make fresh roti bread together. She started by preparing the dough, kneading it until it was perfectly soft. Then we rolled it into equal-sized balls and flattened them carefully. Two of the rotis went onto the hot pan with just a touch of oil… slowly turning golden and puffing up. I even made my own, and I have to say — I loved the result. It looked so good and tasted even better. We paired it with traditional Kashmiri Lipton tea and a lightly fried egg. Warm, simple, and incredibly satisfying. After breakfast, I stepped outside to check on the birds. One is from Australia 🇦🇺 and the other from America 🇺🇸. I was secretly hoping to see eggs or baby birds… but not yet. Maybe next time. Later, my bestie and I headed back into town. I changed into my traditional Kashmiri kurti — and honestly, I was feeling myself ✨ Wearing it made me feel connected to the culture and the beauty of this place. We crossed the bridge, hopped into a few autos, and ended up having a spontaneous mini picnic right there. The view was breathtaking — the river flowing beneath us, the city moving around us, and the mountains standing quietly in the distance. It was one of those simple but unforgettable days… filled with good food, beautiful moments, and even better company.
