Heavy rains on Wednesday morning lashed the National Capital Region, leading to waterlogging in many parts of Delhi and Noida and affecting traffic. However, the infamous Minto Bridge, a traditional choke point, remained clear of water, an event described as a 'miracle'. This was attributed to administrative preparedness, including functional pumping stations and cleaned drains, as well as the intermittent nature of the downpour. The India Meteorological Department has an orange alert in place, forecasting more rain. While the showers brought a welcome drop in temperature from the recent heat, they disrupted daily life in low-lying areas. As one speaker noted about the Minto Bridge situation, "How did this happen? It's a miracle, isn't it?" #delhirains #waterlogging #ncrrains #itwebvideos #delhiweather #monsoon #imdalert #heavyrain #mintobridge #delhitraffic #noida #indiatoday #weatherupdate Subscribe to India Today for NEW VIDEOS EVERY DAY and make sure to enable Push Notifications so you'll never miss a new video.
