You might encounter a flower that don't have pollens or contain very few pollens while other flowers of the same variety will have a lot. Usually flowers that have a whole lot of pollens will have pollens falling off from the anthers to the petals due to gravity. Another easy way to determine if the flower contains pollens is to run across or dab the black bristle brush on the anthers. Pollens will stick to the brush if they are present. The more pollens sticking to the brush means there are more pollens on the flower. Of course if pollens are not present then there will be no pollination and the chances of getting a fruit are slim to none. It is advisable to harvest pollens from flowers whenever possible and store it in the refrigerator or freezer to be used on flower without pollens and also to be used for cross pollination.
