Hello viewers! It’s Hailey again. You can see lods of cafe videos in youtube or other social media these days. I also love sharing my favorite cafe recipe(or any kinds of drinks), so I wanna continuing this as long as I can :) Hallabong is only grown in Jeju Island, Korea. It looks like orange, and taste like combine with tangerine and orange, but more sour taste. For make hallabong juice, I just peel it and remove the white part, and blend it. (TMI : I added too much ice, so it was quite hard to drink this lol) I LOVE ice cafe americano. When you put espresso in ice water, that color changing is.. this is why I love ice americano. For grape ade, I preserved with green grape and sugar 1:0.8 ratio. But green grape isn’t sweet as strawberry, I think it is okay to put same ratio of sugar as green grape. And put it in a fridge for about 1~2weeks until all sugar is melted, or just microwave it. It is a fastest way to make it 😃 I added preserved green grape, soda water, lemon and lemon zest. I really recommend to put lemon zest in it. It just amazing! When I make cream part of einspanner, I always just add heavy cream and sugar and whip it. But this time, I add little bit of vanilla extract in it. It taste is better than not adding extract. I think it taste will be good if you add some almond extract. But vanilla extract is made with vodka, so be careful to use little bit.
