TIMESTAMPS IN PINNED COMMENT Every boss in the Shadow of the Erdtree DLC for Elden Ring beaten without the following: Taking damage, ashes/summons, blocking, bloodhound step/any similar ash of war, flask of wondrous physick, horse combat (meaning I’m not allowed to attack while on Torrent), consumable items, bows, and magic, while on keyboard and mouse. All of these bosses were fought in newgame +1 but that was simply because that was the state my main save file was in, not so much as an extra challenge. If I somehow missed a boss or broke one of my rules on accident in one of these fights I'll go back and kill it and make an addendum to this video with a link to the footage. Some notes: I am aware that the Leda and Allies fight can look differently depending on your actions in the DLC, I only realized this after getting to that fight, so I could have made it harder if I played differently, but this is my first playthrough and what you see is just how it turned out based on my actions. I don’t care enough to do it all again just to make that boss harder. For two of the dragon fights, they are programmed to fight other enemies in the environment. For the first, I chose to let the boss kill the other enemies and then engage the boss after, for the second I switched between fighting the real dragon and letting the non-boss dragon do some of the work for me. This was done for my own sanity, since I hated being harassed by other enemies while fighting these bosses. But that's why one of the dragons was already missing some health when I fought them. There are two Tree Sentinels in this DLC, one right after the other, in some ways they seem like one fight, in other ways they seem separate. I counted them as two separate fights since when I killed the first and died to the second, the first didn’t respawn, and I’m not in the business of playing through the whole game over again just for another attempt at killing them both no-hit. I do not count any kind of status effect being put on my character as a hit unless it is accompanied by damage, a stagger animation, or comes from a dodgeable grab animation like with Radahn/Miquella. This is really only relevant for the curse-giving copy of Divine Beast and Lamenter. I want to thank a guy called High Voltage for his video on Metyr, without this video I might have never realized how to avoid Metyr’s laser without breaking one of my rules. • Elden Ring - Metyr, Mother of Fingers - No... Just like in my video on the base game, I counted a "boss" as any entity with a big health bar, and I used Fextralife as my list of bosses. There is a Tibia Mariner in Charo’s Hidden Grave that Fextra counts as a boss, however, this guy doesn’t have a boss health bar (at least when I fought him), so I just killed him normally and did not include him here. If you want to see someone killing a Tibia Mariner without getting hit then I’ve got a few clips of me doing that in my video on the base game. Also, even though the Furnace Golems do not have boss health bars, I included footage of me killing one with my restrictions since they aren’t that tough and are a pretty iconic part of the DLC. Thank you for watching.
