In this class we’re aiming to connect all our movements back into the body’s ‘core’ – that corset of muscles that wraps all the way around our mid-section and keeps our lower back (the lumbar spine) protected when we move, sit or stand. Play around with slowing your transitions between different poses all the way down (this is where build strength after all) and see if you can really feel into that connection to the centre of your body.
