Newton Hall childrens home Frodsham

My aunty used to live and work at the childrens home that used to be at Frodsham, so recently me and my mum went back to have a look. It has been turned into apartments but more or less the same. there never used to be bushes and trees you could see the green in the middle clearly. Thats where fetes used to be held. I used to love goin to visit my aunty there and me and my mum would go on holiday with the children as well. But i do bare in mind that some of the children may not have had a happy time there. I filmed this as a trip down memory lane for those children that have now grown up and moved away. We then went up to the Mersey View which isnt far from the home. You can see for miles, you can make out the Anglican and catholic churches in Liverpool, the bridge at Runcorn, Fiddlers Ferry power station and the water tower at Warrington
