Que lo Que mi gente (that means what's up my people) This is the next take on our series on this January sailing on #carnivalcruiseline #carnivalconquest This day our #portofcall was #stmaarten We have never been on this #island before either. A positive outcome is that I have #friendsandfamily who reside here; and they picked us up from the #cruiseport We rode around the #island for a while checking out the sights. Also a famous landmark in Saint Maarten is #mahobeach that sits right on the #princessjulianainternationalairport The water color and the water clarity was so transparent on this day, it was amazing. They took us to this popular eating spot by the beach to have #localfood #ribs and #seafood After a few hours they dropped us off in a s#shoppingarea near the port and we walked to the #cruise not before stopping to enjoy the #localbeer #sxm Once back on board we enjoyed the #views on the #sailaway had amazing #dinner and watched a couple of shows before the night ended.
