The first 29 minutes don’t prepare you for the all-too-familiar tragedy that follows: a police officer, a black male victim, lethal gunshots and questions about whether any of it was justified (It was Clearly JUSTIFIED). It happened again in Atlanta Friday night, when Officer Garrett Rolfe fired three times at a fleeing Rayshard Brooks. Both men, 27 years old. The shooting would set off a stunning chain of events, culminating in the resignation early Saturday night by Atlanta Police Chief Erika Shields. (Video edited by Ryon Horne, Christian Boone) So let’s talk about what the officer should have done better and what Rayshards Brooks could have done better. A few thoughts before we start. IF YOU GET PULLED OVER BY POLICE COMPLY WITH THEM. This is not NEW to anyone. If your doing something wrong and you get caught just sit back and take your arrest and that’s it. Instead you decide that your not going to jail today so you attack to LAW ENFORCEMENT officers. 1- He punches one in the face and you take another’s TAZER? On top of this he shoots the police officers eight the tazer ? Really, what you expect should happend? Ok let’s go a little further. The subject hit the police officers with the tazer and then takes his GUN because if two of them couldn’t hold him down the we know one isn’t going to do anything !!!! Kills them both takes there care and who now show many other innocent people would have been killed that night if he would have gone away. Of course he would’ve taken a police car as well. WAS IT JUSTIFIED OR NOT ???? You tell me
