How to Jump in Kitesurfing (The Method Nobody Talks About)

After teaching a decade of this sport, the swing theory concept started to form in my head, and I applied it in my teaching when teaching students for kitesurfing jumps, it was working better than anything. Here it is. I am sharing my tips with you; that is how I teach kitesurfing jumps in my lessons, and all my folks do this in the epic gust kitecoaching schools. I taught this with the most significant success for those who never jumped. Many riders build the wrong muscle memory for a very long time, so they struggle to switch this around, but when someone had a clean slate, they picked it up quickly, and we went from no jumps to 2-3 m jumps within a week of deliberate practice. This is not a magic trick that you will watch and be able to do bigger jumps. The swing theory might be something you will remember - so I will reach my goal - I found this as a key element in the lessons. Eventually, the real deal and faster progression can be achieved when you take a coach, who will be able to pinpoint your strong and weak links, and you can put deliberate effort to practice exactly what you need.
