Sailing is here! And so are the new slayer bosses. The Shellbane Gryphon is unlocked at 51 slayer and 45 sailing and it is one of the easiest bosses OSRS has released, even easier than Scurrius. It drops a new Hasta sidegrade which is great for Ironmen, and a pet. It has two new mechanics, Corrosive Armor and you need 45kg EQUIP in order to dodge a knockback. Other than that, the boss is move a few tiles and put on some Netflix. This is a Day 1 Guide, some things may change, but I know you guys love to be able to at least get in there with something. I'm sure a better meta will pop up in few weeks. You can rush this boss very early, so if you want to know what items to bring and what to wear, this wiki link will help you find gear by slot and how heavy it is, so that you can mismatch to your hearts content.
