Top 50 Eurovision Songs Closest to Qualifying (2004-2018)

Here is the top 50 Eurovision performances who were the closest to qualifying to grand finals in 2004-2018. For that, a difference between the last qualifier's and a non-qualifier's scores was calculated and divided by maximum possible score a song could get in the semi-final (to adjust the differences to a number of voting countries and dissimilar voting systems). The results are presented in percentages. In case of a tie, songs' placements are the tie-breaker. If there is still a tie, the percentage of maximum possible score is the second tie-breaker. In case there is another tie, current rules of Eurovision are applied. The one who gets the highest percentage of the countries who awarded points wins. After that, it is counted how many sets of maximum points in relation to the number of countries each country received, etc. All rights belongs to EBU.
