Ellie's Alfredo Sauce Recipe: (No Flour Needed!) 1. In a small saucepan, pour in 1 pint of heavy cream. 2. Continuously stir the cream as it heats and begins to thicken. This should take a few minutes. 3. Once small bubbles form around the edges, reduce the heat to medium-low to maintain a gentle simmer. Don't let it boil! 4. Stir in 2 tablespoons of butter and 1 cup of grated Parmesan or Asiago cheese. 5. Continue to Thicken: Keep simmering and stirring for about 10-15 minutes until the sauce reduces and reaches your desired thickness.
