This is my second smashburger video. On this one, I'm using a NEW GRIDDLE purchased from Gabby's Grills. This griddle is 19 3/4 inches in diameter and fills up a 22.5 Weber Kettle and/or 22.5 Weber Smokey Mountain Smoker (grilling mod needed) for WSM. See my Ultimate Mods Video for that    • Ultimate WSM MODS/Kettle Mods/Smoker Mods  . I already did an unboxing describing the griddle so won't go into that. It is made with 3/16 steel and did exactly what I wanted it to do. The burgers turned out great. I left a cold spot in the back in case I needed to shove some burgers to the back to prevent overcooking. I'll say having a cold zone is good for like Philly Cheese Steaks when you want to push the onions/peppers to the side and work on the steak. But in Smashburgers, I didn't need that because I put them all on at the same time and could take up at the same time. I also needed a full chimney of hot charcoal briquettes instead of half chimney. This type stuff comes with using your equipment (experience). Next time I'll know. Hope you enjoy the cook.
