Until next time… Keep it Casual! 🍀 Recipes from This Episode 🥪 Reuben Sliders Ingredients Sliders 12 Hawaiian sweet rolls (1 package) 1 lb sliced corned beef 8–10 slices Swiss cheese 1 cup sauerkraut, drained well ½ cup Thousand Island dressing Buttery Topping 4-6 tbsp butter, melted 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce 1 tsp Dijon mustard ½ tsp garlic powder ½ tsp onion powder Instructions 1. Preheat oven to 350°F and lightly grease a 9×13 baking dish. 2. Prepare the Rolls- Keep the Hawaiian rolls connected and slice them horizontally like one large sandwich. Place the bottom half in the baking dish. 3. Build the Sliders- Spread Thousand Island dressing over the bottom layer Add a layer of Swiss cheese. Layer the corned beef evenly. Spread the drained sauerkraut. Add the final layer of Swiss cheese. Place the top buns back on 4. Make the Buttery Topping- Mix together melted butter, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, and onion powder. Brush the mixture generously over the tops of the rolls. Sprinkle with poppy seeds and parsley. Let sit 5 minutes so the butter soaks in. 5. Cover loosely with foil and bake 15 minutes. Remove foil and bake 8–10 minutes more The tops should be golden and slightly crisp. Optional Dipping Sauce ½ cup Thousand Island dressing 1 tbsp Dijon mustard 1 tsp pickle juice Mix together and serve alongside the sliders. 🍟 Quick Irish Nachos Ingredients 1 lb store-bought steak fries (deli section) or 1 bag frozen steak fries 1½ cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese ½ cup bacon crumbles ½ cup sour cream 3 tbsp chopped green onions 3 tbsp chopped chives Instructions 1. Bake the Fries0 Cook the steak fries according to the package directions. For extra crispiness: Bake at 425°F. Cook 2–3 minutes longer than the package instructions. Once the fries are hot and crispy, sprinkle cheddar cheese and some bacon crumbles on top. Return to the oven for 3–5 minutes until the cheese melts. 2.
