Railfanning CSX Freight Trains in Downtown Nashville, Tennessee - June 2022

At the end of June 2022, I was sent on a business trip down to The Music City of Nashville, Tennessee. Naturally, I did my recon ahead of time for information on trains in the area and would bring my camera gear with me, so I could take advantage of some of my down time while there. This video was of the handful of CSX freight trains that I managed to catch each day during my time in Nashville. Though we had a rental car, I was not too terribly familiar with the area, and since we'd usually have already parked the car at the Music City Center garage for the business end of the day, it was much simpler to just walk to the tracks down the street. I would end up catching quite a few trains, with the majority of the action coming through on Saturday. Though I made stops by the tracks on Sunday & Monday, there wasn't much going on minus the usual train parked downtown. Still a fun time indeed for my first time visiting Nashville!
