It's easy to make bread in the bush. Here I will show you how to do it without pots and pans, no burying your dough in the coals, no heavy cast iron pots, rapid baking in the hot air stream of a small wood burning stove (it doesn't have to be a stove but it helps to have a hot stream of air). Using sticks, you end up with bread rolls, which cook quickly and are mouth watering. We topped them off with some tomato puree. All of this was left over from there pizza you saw me make. if you like the spare dough can be kept for at least another day if the weather is not too hot or you can keep it cool. Remember, it's a living thing with the yeast so over a day or so your bread will taste even better! You can bake your bread on hot stones but it isn't nearly as fast as this method and no chance of getting grit and dirt into your bread. If you want a bigger roll, just make it longer on the stick.
