🌄 It was time to explore Domel Minimarg after spending days around Rupal and the mighty Nanga Parbat. This was part of our 10-day adventure that took us from the base of the killer mountain to one of the most hidden valleys of Pakistan, and then all the way to the wild beauty of Deosai Plains. ✨ Domel Minimarg isn’t a place everyone gets to see. From Islamabad, it takes about 13–15 hours by road to finally reach this side of Astore Valley. The last few hours are rough and bumpy (4x4 recommended 🚙), but when you arrive, it’s like stepping into another world — green meadows, crystal rivers, alpine forests, and the magical Rainbow Lake Minimarg 🌊🌿. 🎥 In this vlog, I tried to capture what it feels like to be there — the endless drives, the raw landscapes, and the silence broken only by rivers and wind. This wasn’t just travel, it felt like an escape into one of the most untouched regions of Pakistan. 📌 Travel Notes for Domel Minimarg 🛣️ Islamabad ➝ Astore: 10–12 hrs (via Babusar Top in summer, longer if Babusar closed) 🚙 Astore ➝ Domel Minimarg: 3–4 hrs on tough off-road track 🪪 Special permits are required (border area) – arrange in advance From Rupal ➝ Domel ➝ Deosai, every stop felt like stepping into a new world 🌍.
