Masuma’s Biscoff milk cake recipe 1 step (Biscoff sponge cake) Ingredients 1st step sponge cake Cake Butter 130grams Sugar 150grams Self raising flour 180grams Baking powder 1tea spoon Eggs 4 large Full fat milk 50ml Biscoff spread as your taste 8’inch baking tray Mix butter & sugar in a bowl until it’s smooth and fluffy (You can use hand mixer for better result) Then add eggs one at a time and mix it with butter mixture when it’s well mixed add flour and baking powder mix again then add Biscoff spread. Mix all ingredients then place the butter into the baking tray and put it in the pre heated oven for 180 degrees for 25/30 mins. Biscoff Tres Leches Full fat milk 300ml Evaporated milk 125ml Sweet condensed milk 100ml Melted Biscoff spread 50ml Put all liquid ingredients in a jar and give it a good stir. When sponge cake is ready wait for it to cool down then use a fork and poke the cake as much as you can so all the milk cake go inside the cake then pour the milk all over the cake then place it into the fridge for over night or at least for couple of hours also Leave some milk for serving.
