#INA_News_Agency_Update PRESS NOTE ARREST OF ACCUSED IN MURDER CASE BY JAGADGIRIGUTTA POLICE DETAILS OF DECEASED Mahaboob, S/o Ismail, age: 40 years, Occ: Scrap Business, R/o Musheerabad, Hyderabad N/o, Karnataka State. BRIEF FACTS On 05.08.2025 at 16:00 hours Fazel along with six other persons went to Goodwill Hotel, Yellammabanda and some argument took place in between them, on that one person who is wearing white shirt and white pant brought one knife and beat on the head of person who is wearing black shirt, on that the said person collapsed on the ground, by seeing that two persons who came along with black shirt person, escape from the place, then Fazel and another two persons who came along with Fazel stabbed the said person with knifes. On that the said person was died on spot. After conforming that deceased was died, then Fazel and his three associates fled away. Basing on which a case in Cr. No.796/2025 U/s 103 r/w 3 (5) BNS of Jagadgirigutta PS was registered and investigated into. INVESTIGATION HIGHLIGHTS Under the guidance of the superior officers Jagadgirigutta Police along with SOT Balanagar Team verified the CCTV cameras near the scene of offence and apprehended the accused persons 1 to 4 at RRR Wines, Allwyn Colony on 06.08.2025 at 15:10 hours and brought them to PS and on interrogation accused voluntarily admitted to have committed this murder. During the course of investigation it revealed that 5 years back Syed Fazel & his brother given Rs. 11 lakhs to Deceased Mahaboob, as debt. So many times Syed Fazel asked the deceased to return the money but the deceased was postponing the same and threatening Syed Fazel that if he again asks about the money then deceased will kill Syed Fazel. On that Syed Fazel along with his nephew Syed Jahangir and Syed Jahangir’s two friends i.e. Shaik Kareem & Shaik Ameer hatched a plan to kill the deceased and as a plan on 05.08.2025 Syed Fazel called the deceased to Yellammabanda, then deceased along with two other persons came to Yellammabanda, on that Syed Fazel along with his (03) associates took the deceased to Goodwill Restaurant at Yellammabanda and argued with the deceased, as a plan Syed Jahangir took the knife and attacked the deceased on his head, due to which deceased was collapsed on ground, by seeing the same two person came along with deceased were escaped from the scene, then Syed Fazel along with associates beat the deceased with knifes and after confirming the death of deceased, they fled away from the scene. Later on 06.08.2025 Jagadgirigutta Police along with SOT Balanagar Team Apprehended the accused 1 to 4 at RRR Wines, Allwyn Colony. Today i.e. 06.08.2025 accused 1 to 4 were arrested and being sent to judicial custody. DETAILS OF ACCUSED 1. Syed Fazel, S/o Syed Janimiya, aged: 48 Yrs. Occ: Scrap Business, R/o Yellammabanda, Medchal Malkajgiri District. 2. Syed Jahangir, s/o. Syed Ghouse, aged: 23 Yrs. Occ: Business, R/o Yellammabanda, Medchal Malkajgiri District. 3. Shaik Kareem, s/o Shareef, aged: 23 Yrs. Occ: Auto Driver, R/o Yellammabanda, Medchal Malkajgiri District. 4. Shaik Ameer, S/o Shaik Muqtar, age: 23 years, Occ: Auto Driver, R/o Borabanda, Hyderabad. CRIMINAL BACK GROUND DECEASED: Deceased is Rowdy Sheeter of Musheerabad PS and involved in total (12) cases i.e. (01) Murder case of Patancheruvu PS, (08) theft cases, (01) Arms act case, (01) 506 IPC case and (01) Bond over of Musheerabad PS, Hyderabad. PROPERTY RECOVERED 1. (04) Mobile Phones from the possession of accused Syed Fazel, Shaik Ameer, Shaik Kareem, & Shaik Ameer 2. (03) Knifes (01- Grass Cutting Knife and (02) Vegetable cutting knifes) 3. One Passenger Auto APPRECIATION Under the supervision of P. Naresh Reddy, ACP, Balanagar Division, and under the guidance of K. Narshima, SHO & DI P. Narendra Reddy, PS staff and SOT Balanagar Team, done good work and apprehend the accused persons, which is highly appreciated. They are being awarded suitability.
