C&A's two-day winter adventure elopement in Zermatt was nothing short of spectacular! Their journey began in the cozy comfort of a downtown Zermatt hotel room. However, Mother Nature had other plans with strong winds and fast-moving clouds, causing a slight delay in their helicopter tour. But hey, that just meant more time for a first look amidst the charm of old town Zermatt and a leisurely lunch. Although the winds thwarted their original ceremony location in front of Matterhorn, our spirits weren't dampened. We found another breathtaking mountain peak to exchange vows and seal their love. Descending from the skies, we hopped on a train to ascend over 3100 meters, where a ski adventure awaited us at a secluded spot for champagne toasts and a romantic dance. Then, it was time to retreat to the remarkable Ice Hotel for the night. Picture this: soaking in an outdoor jacuzzi and sauna with the majestic Matterhorn as a backdrop, followed by a cozy Swiss fondue dinner in an igloo-restaurant, complete with local wine and freshly baked bread. As the night grew darker, we embarked on a snowshoe hike under the starlit sky. Their wedding night was spent in an enchanting igloo room, where clouds obscured the stars but cleared just enough for a breathtaking sunrise from the top of Matterhorn.
