This is a full review of the Sky Overlord TYRC TY6 Foldable Drone that has Pendulum Stabilized HD Camera. The Sky Overlord TYRC TY6 Foldable Wifi drone with 720P HD Camera & Altitude Hold Mode RC Quadcopter BNF is a strange looking done available at two places; Geekbuying: http://shrsl.com/ptiz and Banggood: http://shrsl.com/ptiy I purchased this selfie camera drone because I wanted a good portable camera drone that I could take with me everywhere I go. Sadly I'm very disappointed with the TYRC TY6 WIFI FPV 2MP Camera selfie drone. From its very first flight it lost it props on its first crash and a motor continued to have problems. The crash happened when I gave it throttle. It instantly went out of control. Maybe I had a faulty motor, but in this video you'll notice the motors are whirly and almost seem to fly out of sync with one another. I believe the following are the biggest detriment to the drone: The Electronic Speed Control (ESC) for the motors are very abrupt. Instead of a gradual increasing of throttle speed, the motors jump from a slow speed to a quick jump in speed that also gives the user a surprise in flight control, and it quickly gets out of control. The ESC don't appear to synchronize correctly, and so the drone feels very unstable. When attempting to take off you have to hold it in your hand for best results; however, its sudden power in the motors and the whirly speed of the motors almost feel like its running out of sync. When you let go, it quickly flies either toward you or up to fast and out of control. It's is not a controllable drone. The app does not work with the S5 phone. It does work with my new Samsung Tablet A fine. But then for no reason the app suddenly stopped working. I did like the video game for this drone. I really wanted to like this drone. I was hoping it would be an evolution in drone technology. Yes, I don't recommend this drone; however, I"m hopeful that a design like this model may become a reality with a good camera and good flight characteristics.
