To find the Scarlet Macaw first find the Almond trees and then listen for their unmistakable Macaw chatter , then look up because they are likely to high in the tops of the trees. Costa Rica's souther Zone is prime habitat for these beautiful birds. Iguans, Ibis, sloths and many other creatures are encountered in this visit to the Almond trees.
