8 days of hiking the Cordillera Huayhuash, Peru. Altura

This last summer I had the opportunity to travel to Peru.This travel documentary Altura (Spanish for height or altitude) shows my first month and a half in the country with the bulk of the video covering my backpacking trip through the remote Andes.The Cordillera Huayhuash is a mountain range in the Peruvian Andes with the most incredible mountains I have ever seen. Over the course of 8 days I hiked over 100km with backpack full of camera gear. Often we would be camping at elevations above 14,000 feet and went over passes that were over 16,500 feet. If you make it to the end you'll be able to see a final showcase of my photos, time-lapses and drones shots from the trek.This was one of the most incredible experiences I've ever had and would recommend it to everyone. I'm a huge advocate for budget and solo traveling and hope to inspire people to get out of their comfort zones and explore the world.
