1971 Cutlass Ep 06: New ROOF & A Pillars!

Now that the driver's side floor has been replaced, I move on to the A-pilars and roof. Initially I believed I would just need to replace sections of the A-pillars and a couple small patches on the corners of the roof, but I uncover massive amounts of rust from the car's original vynil top and shoddy short-cut body work done by the body shop in Aliance, Ohio that painted this car a decade or two ago. I remove the full A-pillars and the entire roof, replacing them with new complete stampings from AMD that I purchased from Summit Racing Equitment. Welder used: Lincoln Electric 140HD Weld Pak with ARgon/CO2 gas and .025" wire.
