Albania too, my motherland - small and oppressed but strong and rebellious - has played a crucial role in global migrations. Thanks to my art I’ve met many Albanian communities all around the world, which have always shown me a strong sense of belonging and support This video is a heartfelt dedication to these communities, especially in the USA, portraying the essence of Albania through my lens Special thanks to the Rusi family, whose endorsement made this project possible. Their migration story and integration into the USA decades ago add depth to this narrative. The music in this video is an Albanian song that's been around for 500 years.
