Silvia is the creator of the i4 Neuroleader model, a personal leadership framework that addresses the needs of the new world of work. She has written two books, the best seller Engage Me, which won an award in 2010 selling more than 10,000 books in the English and Spanish languages, and What did your parents teach you about emotions? She is currently writing her third book.
