Cressida Rear Suspension Rebuild 🔥 Subframe Down | Polyurethane Bushings Upgrade

Today in the garage we started a major rebuild on the 3GR Cressida rear suspension. The rear subframe was completely removed after discovering several issues with the differential and bushings. The differential bushings and side bushings were badly worn out, and the differential oil was also in poor condition. During the inspection we also found problems with the differential cones, which will require repair before everything goes back together. To solve this properly, we are planning a polyurethane bushing upgrade for better strength and durability. We visited a shop to purchase the polyurethane material that will be used to fabricate custom bushings for the Cressida. The full teardown process has been documented, showing the removal of the rear subframe and inspection of all components. At the same time, the V8 Cressida surprise parts that were sent for powder coating will be ready tomorrow. The reveal is coming in the next video, so stay tuned for that exciting update.
