I have found a better technique of making subliminals! This may be more powerful than the other ones ;) Check the comment section in order to see what it does :3 All of the affirmations are in present tense except the affirmations for getting the results within seconds. There are no negative affirmations with "no, never, get rid of, dont" in them. All of the affirmations use proper grammar as well. I recommend that you feel calm and peaceful while you listen to subliminals. Its important that your subconscious and conscious mind is ready for positivity. Sometimes it can occur that it denies it and cause opposite results. In order to avoid it, have a better self image, imagine yourself as the way you want to look like. Each voice has its own list of affirmations that they are saying over and over again. Each voice is either in your right ear or left ear. So I recommend that you either wear headphones or earphones. But you will still get the results even though you dont use headphones. Even if you cant hear the voices, your subconscious mind will still understand it and change you according to them.
