A 45 year old male presented with shortness of breath. Echocardiogram was done, Spot the findings and make a diagnosis on the basis of echocardiography clips shown, answer is given after thirty seconds with explanation of findings. Case 91: FINDINGS & DIAGNOSIS: Para-sternal Long axis view and short axis view is showing a heavily calcified Aortiv valve with two cusps i.e Bicuspid Aortic Valve resulting in Severe Aortic Regurgitation as evident with color doppler in apical five chamber view and Continous wave doppler profile having PHT of 89 msec. Bicuspid aortic valve is the most common congenital heart defect.
