Bhajani Thalipeeth Serving Size - 2 Ingredients Bhajani Flour - 1 cup (You will get it in a Indian Store) Salt - 1 and ½ TSP Turmeric - 1 TSP Kashmiri Red Chilli powder - 2 TSP Chopped Onion - 1 Big Chopped Coriander - 1 cup Oil - ½ cup Water - 1 cup Take all ingredients, mix it well and add 1 cup water slowly and make a tight dough. Grease the pan with 2-3 tsp oil. Then take one small ball of dough and put it in the center and start pressing equally from all the corners. Make a shape like a roti. Once it's spread equally then make small holes and add oil on the top. Cook the thalipeeth from both sides at least 2 minutes or until you get golden to dark brown in color. Serve the thalipeeth with homemade ghee, makkhan or butter. Homemade yogurt will make it even better. Eat this while it is warm. You can eat this thalipeeth for brunch,lunch or for dinner.
