You are 100% correct that it isn't about the amount of plastic when it comes to these. Its about the time. Most prints I can start and walk away from and let them print. With the handles I have to stay by the printer and pause the print half way up. Then I in sert the actual brand of lock picks into the handles while still on the printer. I resume the print and this makes 100% sure that the gap for the pick is perfect for that brand. If I don't do this, the plastic can "droop" and make it too tight for the picks to fit. That's why I offer a quantity discount for 4 or more handles. I have to stand by the printer for 1 so I give a discount when I can do 4 or more at once.
