I may not have been invited to the ball but that isn't going to stop me dressing up for it! The Met Gala has such an amazing theme this year that I HAD to make something for it. My design has many historical influences from Edwardian Era fashion, in both the silhouette and embellishments, including my first attempt at ribbon embroidery. This has been a dream project for me, even if it turned out to be slightly cursed with how much went wrong throughout the make!
