In this video I cover character creation for Midwest Fantasy Wargame: The Primeval RPG (version 2). I will upload a second, shorter video, with another character. In the final video I cover things like encumbrance, movement, the magic system, and the two other optional experience systems. Version 2 of *Midwest Fantasy Wargame: The Primeval RPG* updates the combat system based on some additional pondering that I have documented on my Substack and some conversations I have had with two Twin Cities gamers. I have removed much of the Strategos complexity and replaced it with a much easier system. I've also added an index, which is a real grind to create, but which is also something that many reviewers seem to fixate upon. A few other typos have been cleaned up and a few clarifications have been added where space allowed.
