I home develop C-41, and would typically use Ilford Xp black and white (C41) film. Ilford is great film, but I like to experiment with cheaper options. Nothing is cheaper than Ultrafine Extreme, but it uses different chemistry. Cinestill created a Monobath chemistry for B&W, that is inexpensive, and fast. Here is my first use with both the film and developer. Mixing and using the chemistry was easy, and straightforward. Agitation is important to thoroughly develop, and I recommend constant agitation, and occasionally inverting the tank
