(not sponsored although maybe in the future I'll start selling stuff there :) ) Thanks to retroarch and a cheap pair of 3D glasses I got from the internet, I have made this video along with future projects in this series of 3D videos where I find the best ways I can to present 3D content in a way that's easy to see without expensive screens or VR headsets. Since not a whole lot of people have ever used a real VirtualBoy and most of the footage they've seen are monoscopic meaning you can't really get the whole visual effect. You don't NEED the 3D effect to play but it is integrated. into the game play nicely and the effect itself is surprisingly detailed! You can see multiple layers of depth even in individual objects and characters. When Wario gives you a thumb's up you can see it is in front of his face :) I think the slight ghosting you typically get with this kind of 3D illusion is a small price to pay for not having to shove your face into a big red brick lol!
