United States Men’s National Team goalkeeper Sean Johnson has moved on to a new club, and we discuss what he hopes will be a successful stint on Episode 176. After three seasons with Toronto FC, Johnson signed with DC United in the offseason, a team hoping to emerge from the MLS cellar after claiming the Wooden Spoon last season. Sean Johnson has taken over the starting job for the Black-and-Red, and we speak with him about his new opportunity. We get into what has made him successful at each stop he’s made, what motivates him to provide the leadership he does, and whether he maintains any dreams of making the World Cup squad.
