Piscataway, New Jersey, is one of those towns on the southernmost tip of what some consider to be northern New Jersey. The Township is a geographically large outlying Township, similar to Woodbridge if you've ever been there. There are a lot of industrial and commercial businesses in town, which helps with tax rates. Piscataway has a lot of open land because of its geographic location and size, which allows for this type of investment. The density of buildings one on top of another results in a fairly spread out parking lot here and in other parts of New Jersey. Taxes do go to institutions or developments like the one we see right behind me, so the community center has something for everyone of all ages. Piscataway was the first town I lived in after moving from Virginia to New Jersey, and it was also my first stop in the state. Because of the school ratings, proximity to New York City, and a local train station, this is a very cost-effective location for home buyers. Both the bush and the piscataway are not particularly appealing due to the commute, but there are other factors that contribute to it, such as the community center. Right here on site, where the facility is more of a water playground than a true water park. In Jersey, you'll only have about three months to enjoy the summer before it gets too hot.
