Our first 72 hours on the Portugal Homestead

Our first 72 hours were very eventful. We got a lot of our utilities setup and had a few setbacks, but overall we got a lot accomplished. We also started the process to be residents in Portugal and picked some veggies from the farm. Overall, we have been having a blast and can't wait to get into more serious projects here on the little homestead. What do you think? Did we take a big risk with the gas?
