You’ll see that I’ve already run a review for Ambiguities and Complex Language. Let’s work through the results together. The first thing I always recommend is reviewing the results and removing anything you disagree with or don’t want to include. For example, if we don’t agree with a particular item, we can simply click Close Tile. You’ll notice the total count reduces immediately. This first pass is all about clearing out anything that isn’t relevant. Next, take a look at the Impact filter. You may want to focus only on high-impact items, or high and medium-impact items, depending on your priorities. This helps you quickly narrow down what matters most. When you click on a tile, it will take you directly to the relevant section of the document. From here, you’ll see different action options depending on the type of review item. In some cases, such as ambiguities, you’ll see a Replace Section option. This allows you to replace the existing text with the AI’s suggested wording. If you want to adjust the suggestion first, click Edit, make your changes—such as specifying that something applies under Australian law—and then click Replace Section. The updated text is immediately inserted into the document. Other tiles, such as those for complex language, may use the Write It option instead. Clicking Write It inserts the AI’s suggested clause directly into the document. As with other actions, you can edit the suggestion before inserting it if you’d like. Each tile also includes additional options. Copy Text copies the suggestion to your clipboard so you can paste it elsewhere. Make a Task creates a task linked to the document, which you can assign to an individual or a group, set a priority for, add comments, or even dictate using the record button. You’ll also see an Add Comment option. This adds a comment directly into the document under your name, reflecting the AI’s suggestion. From there, you can export the document to Word or PDF, or share it with another party using Allow Public Sharing. Those are the individual actions available for each tile. At the top of the panel, you’ll also find bulk actions, which apply the same functions across all tiles at once. You can close all tiles, write all suggestions into the document, copy all tiles, create tasks for all items, or add comments for every tile in one click. There’s also an Insert All Tiles option, which inserts all review suggestions into the document at once. This is particularly useful when drafting something like a letter of advice. A common workflow is to use Multi-Doc, open a new blank document, run the review on the selected document, and then insert all tiles into the blank file. This gives you a clean summary of all review points in a separate document. And that wraps up our walkthrough of the review icons and functions.
