This lesson is on drawing the body with basic forms. This is a simplified approach to working on various poses without being too overly focused on the anatomy and the details. This can help us to gain a better understanding of the pose by paying attention to the position of the head, torso, and pelvis then attaching the limbs. This technique will also help you to draw the body while keeping perspective in mind. It is also a great way to get better control of your proportions of the figure. Do lots of these types of drawings until you can construct them from any pose you imagine. It is also helpful to use this method while studying from life.
