I've also cut out most of the processed food and dairy in my daily diet, as well as increase the amount of organic vegetables and fruits that I eat. And of course, I try to stay as hydrated as I possibly can! While dermatologists are great, I feel like its important that you know your body inside and out for yourself before getting prescribed and relying on topical solutions.
