Bombay HC Upholds Adani Properties' Dharavi Redevelopment Bid, Dismisses Seclink Petition

The Bombay High Court recently upheld the Maharashtra government's decision to award the Dharavi slum redevelopment project to Adani Properties. The division bench, comprising Chief Justice DK Upadhyaya and Justice Amit Borkar, dismissed a petition filed by UAE-based Seclink Technologies Corporation, which had contested the state's decision. Seclink Technologies had argued against the allocation of the project to Adani Properties, but the court found their petition lacked "force and effort."
