For the last 200 days, I pushed my body further than I ever have before. I ran over 600 miles training for a marathon all while continuing to eat the kind of food you see in my videos. No “perfect” diet. No secret shortcuts. Just consistency, pain, doubt and a lot of miles. This wasn’t easy. There were days I didn’t want to run. Days I felt exhausted.
