Participants were invited to join the inaugural session of the series, 'Voices of Practice: A series on meaningful community engagement.' This first session featured Ms. Rituu Nanda, a passionate advocate for community-led change, as she led a bold conversation about "Who really owns research?" What to expect: Insights into how communities could move from being just participants to co-creators of knowledge Real stories from grassroots NGO partners that showcased community leadership in action -Practical strategies to embed inclusion and participation into your work -A space to engage, question, and co-learn with peers who were rethinking the researcher-community relationship Whether a participant was a researcher, a practitioner, or just curious about more ethical and inclusive approaches, this session challenged their assumptions and ignited their imagination. This event was part of the movement to shift power, elevate voices, and make research truly community owned.
