David Bowie Speed Painting

Because I think he's wonderful, I'm sad that he's no longer with us, and how could I not, I'm painting David Bowie. I used nearly every color on my palette, which is surprising because he's so pale in my reference photo (a promotional photo for The Man Who Fell to Earth). I couldn't find the photographer's name--anyone know? Thanks to Laura Schippers, a big Bowie fan who helped me find this picture. The video has been sped up 20 times, and as usual I was painting as fast as I possibly could (2 hours). I was fighting some kind of stomach bug while painting it. I hope you enjoy it!
