It's available for purchase on the CWDI GAMES store. The asset pack includes two script assets. One loads levels/scenes from png images. It also reads png images from the game folder and will go from one level to the next when the conditions are met in your game. The second asset is for placing prefabs, game units, or buildings during game play using a grid layout. The grid layout can be enabled/disabled and any prefab placed during game play will still be active in the game world after the grid layout is disabled.
