The aircraft registered JA8119 had suffered a tailstrike 7 years earlier and Boeing has repaired the bulkhead. The thing is, the repair was done incorrectly. Instead of 2 rows a rivets being used, there was only 1 row of rivet used. Overtime, the outstanding pressure of the air outside and air inside the cabin has caused it to crack until the point where the bulkhead spliced open, blasting pressurized air into the APU and the rudder, hence also leaking away all the hydraulic systems.
